They were always in touch with us either by e-mail or phone, answered all our questions and kept us informed about the sub contractors they used to repair eaves troughing and fascia. You know this story is true because after they did such a great job on my roof, I hired them to do my rental property as well. Subsequently, I recommended them to my neighbors (which they did), and finally they did my daughter’s home down in Airdrie. Each and every job was done on time, and the site was properly cleaned up. I think it is important to share how I first contacted Legacy. After a big Red Deer hailstorm, the insurance company recommended I call the big local roofing company to do the job. That company offered me nothing but excuses for not returning calls, and not providing service. When I challenged them they suggested I try another company; this was great advice! I contacted Legacy after finding their name in the phone book. Believe it or not, within 15 minutes I had a return phone call and they actually estimated my house that afternoon. They promised a show up date, but were delayed because of weather. However, they made it as soon as the weather cooperated.

It was a pleasure having Don and his crew re-roof our house. We were impressed with the entire process from the initial quote through to the completed job.
Don takes the time to explain the job and his quote in person. He offered options and solutions to some of the concerns which were not even discussed on some of the other quotes we received. He offered us practical solutions, such as improving and replacing the flashing on our skylights (versus 1 quote we received that thought we should replace the skylights). We greatly appreciated this advice as the finished product turned out great and saved us money.
We were also impressed with the care taken and quality of work provided by the Legacy crew. Removed old roofing was dumped at a central location, and they cleaned up at the end of each work day. Despite challenges with weather, we were also impressed that they weren't willing to take chances pushing the weather, just to rush through the job.
At the end of the job, we have a fantastic looking roof that we are very proud of.
